Anime Expo 2017 is still far away, but the show is already planning bigger things when it hits the Los Angeles Convention Center during the Fourth of July weekend. The nation’s largest Japanese pop culture event has announced that it will be having a Pre-Show Night featuring programming and events from 6pm to 2am on Friday, June 30, 2017. The show has become so large that it can host another night similar to San Diego Comic-Con’s Preview Night.

Attendees will get to check out panels, all of the Entertainment Hall, a concert at Microsoft Theater (TBA), Karaoke, Manga Lounge, AMV Theatre, AXDance, Lounge 21, Maid Cafe, Butler Cafe, Night Cafe, screenings and tabletop gaming.

If you want to attend the Pre-Show Night, you’ll need to get a separate ticket. Check out the pricing below:

· $10 Pre-Registration with 50% Discount Code: AX2017
· $20 Onsite
· Included with all Premier Fan badges

You can purchase at http://ift.tt/1ryDT4T.

And if you want a discount for your AX badges, there will be a Black Friday Sale where you can get the 4-day badge for $55 from November 25th at 12:01 AM to November 28th at 11:59 PM. If you wait, the 4-day badge pricing will increase to $75 on November 29th at 12:01 AM, or until the Black Friday Sale badges sell out.

Anime Expo will be held from July 1st to July 4th with the Pre-Show Night on July 30th.

Also, be sure to say hi to us when we visit the anime convention.
