Red Dead Redemption is a game that’s been held in high regards ever since it’s release back in 2010. I think high regard is an understatement though as critically acclaimed is a bit more fitting. Either way, it was a dam good game to say the least. It was all-encompassing as the landscape, graphics, environment, story/plot, characters, weather, ambient sounds, etc., was phenomenal. Something that really stuck out to me, was all of the dynamic events that would occur in the world, and the boundaries of morality it would push on you.

For quite some time now, fans have been begging for a sequel. It seems that Rockstar might have finally decided to give in to their demands. Earlier today, they sent out a tweet (seen above) that was their logo against a red background. Not just any red background though, but the same mottled background used on the cover for Red Dead Redemption. This wasn’t the only thing that is hinting for a Red Dead 2.
Rockstar has posted an article of just the image to their official website, as well as changed the background to the image on both their Twitter and Facebook accounts. Now if this doesn’t scream possible upcoming announcement, there is going to be a lot of disappointed people, including myself.
