Persona 5 is already out in Japan and fans in North America won’t have too much longer of a wait when the game arrives on February 14, 2017. So with the game already done in Japan, what’s next for Persona 5 or the Persona series in general?

We’ve seen everything from spin-offs to ports with additional content and more recently a fighting game with Persona 4 Arena and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, which took characters from both Persona 3 and Persona 4 and mashed them up in the ultimate fighting game developed by Guilty Gear and Blazblue creators Arc Systems Work. Persona 5 Arena would be a cool concept especially if it incorporates characters from all three series.

At the conclusion of the Persona 4 Arena Ultimax tournament at Toushinsai 2016, Persona 4 Arena/Ultimax series director Kazuhisa Wada stated that he really wants to make a Persona 5 fighting game happen. Wada mentioned that if fans want to see the game happen, that they should let their voices be heard and should send in requests.

So would you like to see Persona 5 Arena happen?
