Ryan Potter is building himself a fairly strong case for the role as Robin in the upcoming Batman film directed by Ben Affleck. Not just any Robin, but Tim Drake specifically. Now if you’re not too sure who Potter is, he was the voice of Hiro in Big Hero 6. So how does one campaign to be in a movie as big as Batman? You make a fight sequence video showcasing your martial arts skills.
Potter is already a trained and highly-skilled martial artist. At the end of the sequence, he directs himself to Affleck stating “Hey Ben, like Tim said, Batman needs a Robin.” Which is very true. As a matter of fact, Potter has had interest in the character for quite some time now, as his Twitter feed has been full of tweets talking about portraying the character.
