It’s no surprise that Disney characters like to make an appearance in other Disney films. We’ve seen Beauty and the Beast’s Belle appear in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Lion King’s Scar in Hercules, and many more. Now there is news of the upcoming animated film, Moana, getting cameos. Directors John Musker and Ron Clements have revealed to BuzzFeed just who the characters are.
“Flounder does appear in this movie,” Musker revealed. “You’ll have to find Flounder. I won’t say where.”
Moana definitely will feature the ocean, so we’ll have to look extra hard.
With the setting of Moana, the second Easter egg is an odd one.
“Olaf is in the movie very briefly,” Clements said.
The Easter eggs can be seen anywhere and in any scene, so fans will have to pay extra attention.
“Once you realize where he is, you’ll get it,” Musker said. “But we don’t want to say too much.”
Moana hits theaters on November 23, 2016.
