It’s almost been a decade since our first trip down to Rapture, and it’s about time for us to get back to splicing all of our genetics. Irrational Games and Blind Squirrel Games is remastering all three BioShock games, plus their DLC, for the current generation of consoles to give players a circus of value. The collection will be excluding the multiplayer component from BioShock 2 as well as any upgrades or gameplay tweaks, and instead focus on improved visuals. There is also a never-before-seen video titled Imagining BioShock with Creative Director Ken Levine and Animation Director Shawn Robertson.
So would you kindly check out the video below to see just how improved the visuals will be when the collection drops later this year?
Bioshock The Collection will include:
- BioShock
- Challenge Rooms DLC
- Museum of Orphaned Concepts
- “Director’s Commentary: Imagining Bioshock”
- BioShock 2
- Minerva’s Den DLC
- Protector’s Trials DLC
- BioShock Infinite
- Burial at Sea DLC
- Clash in the Clouds DLC
- Columbia’s Finest Pack DLC
BioShock: The Collection Remastered is scheduled to release September 13th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
