New Skribbal Album “Black Eyed Children” Out Now

Los Angeles based hip hop artist Skribbal just made his debut release on Hell Patrol/Sony Orchard this past Friday (April 30) entitled “Black Eyed Children,” a 90s-centric throwback album.

After gaining attention from underground fans by working with such artists as Vinnie Paz of Jedi Mind Tricks, RA the Rugged Man, Saint Dog of Kottonmouth Kings, Wu Tang’s Judah Priest of Brooklyn Zu and New York Hardcore legend Danny Diablo amongst countless others, Skribbal announced his deal with Sony and upcoming release this past February.

Black Eyed Children“, very loosely based on the urban legend of the same name, is Skribbal tackling issues of child abuse, abandonment and the foster care system he grew up in as a child.

The album features an incredible and completely unique list of artists rarely seen in the hip hop genre such as former Cannibal Corpse and current Six Feet Under vocalist Chris Barnes penning and performing an incredible introduction for the album. The song “Vampire Tactics” features Marcos Curiel of multi-platinum rock band P.O.D. playing guitar as well as former Brian Head Welch (Korn) guitarist Scott Von Heldt on the hook with Korn drum tech, Abel “Katfish” Vallejo supplying live drums. Other features include underground legends Celph Titled, Redcloud, The ROC and Mr. Dibbs of Rhymesayers.

Be sure to grab a copy on all digital retailers now and check out all the amazing work coming from one of the underground’s finest.
