New PlayStation State of Play video game trailers & announcements
Earlier today Sony offered gamers updates on upcoming video game titles during their latest State of Play broadcast, including announcements on Predator Hunting Grounds, a Resident Evil 3 remake, and more! You can check out the new trailers and details below.

Resident Evil 3 Remake
Resident Evil 3 is getting a remake and will include the online multiplayer game Project Resistance. Experience Jill Valentine’s encounter with the unrelenting Nemesis in this survival horror classic remade from the ground up. The title will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One X, and Steam on April 3, 2020!
Predator: Hunting Grounds
A new trailer for Predator: Hunting Grounds was released along with the reveal of a female Predator and the announcement that the game will launch on April 24, 2020, on PlayStation 4 and PC through Epic Game Store. In Predator: Hunting Grounds, play an asymmetrical multiplayer shooter that pits man against Predator. As part of a four-person Fireteam, complete missions before the Predator finds you. Or be the Predator and hunt your prey. Pre-order now to get bonus in-game items at launch inspired by the movie, including the exclusive ’87 Predator Skin, and early access to “Ole Painless” mini-gun.
Spellbreak
Spellbreak is a AAA fantasy battle royale experience featuring epic magic combat and powerful spellcasting. Players choose a class, weave spectacular spell combinations and fight to become an all-powerful battlemage. Featuring a deep item and class system that allows players to dominate the Hollow Lands as a solo competitor or play with friends in a non-stop quest for survival, Spellbreak is part Rogue-like, part Battle Royale, and all RPG. The Closed Beta will be coming to PlayStation 4 in Spring 2020.
Dreams
A new trailer was released for Media Molecule’s Dreams, a game creation system that is scheduled to be released on PlayStation 4 on February 14, 2020, including a full story campaign.
Superliminal
In this mind-bending first-person puzzler, you wake up in a dream with the power to resize things based on perspective. Things get weirder and weirder as you look for a way out of this dream therapy program that’s supposed to make you better. Out now on PC, the game will come to PlayStation 4 in April 2020.
Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind DLC
The Kingdom Hearts 3 expansion Re Mind, which brings back Final Fantasy characters Leon, Yuffie, and Aerith, will launch on January 23, 2020.
Paper Beast Gameplay Trailer
Paper Beast is a dreamlike odyssey in a surreal wildlife simulation. Somewhere hidden in the vast memory of data servers, an ecosystem is born, Paper Beast. As the first explorer of this virgin land, explore a world inhabited with endearing paper creatures. Interact with quirky animals and shape the environment to overcome obstacles and solve challenging puzzles. Babylon’s Fall
Square Enix and PlatnimumGames’ Babylon’s Fall new teaser trailer offers gamers a look at the fluid, action gameplay and striking art style delivered by the original “Brushwork Filter.” More information on the game will be revealed next summer, with plans to launch on PlayStation 4 and PC.
Ghost of Tsushima
The live stream offered a glimpse at a cutscene of the upcoming game but was cut short with a To Be Continued message, likely teasing a full trailer reveal during this Thursday’s Game Awards. The action-adventure game will release on PlayStation 4 in 2020.
Untitled Goose Game
Untitled Goose Game is a slapstick-stealth-sandbox, where you are a goose let loose on an unsuspecting village. Make your way around town, from back gardens to the high street shops to the village green, setting up pranks, stealing hats, honking a lot, and generally ruining everyone’s day. The game will arrive on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on December 17. The title is available now on PC or Nintendo Switch.
