With Thanksgiving at the end of the month, everyone is looking for things to watch with the family. From Oscar-winning classics to animated features, Kanopy’s collection of titles are perfect to include in any November/Thanksgiving streaming roundup you may have in the works. As a reminder, members of partnered academic and public libraries nationwide have free access to the films via the streaming service.
You can find a recommended list of Kanopy titles below. Popular available films include Jean-Loup Felicioli and Alain Gagnol’s 2010 Oscar-nominated animated feature A Cat in Paris; Peter Bogdanovich’s comedy-drama Paper Moon, starring the father-daughter duo of Ryan O’Neal and Oscar-winning actress Tatum O’Neal; and Taika Waititi’s adventure drama Hunt for the Wilderpeople, starring Sam Neill and Julian Dennison.
