Spiders Studios’ ambitions RPG, GreedFall, gets a companions trailer

Online games have been getting bigger and bigger, but there are studios who are still planning to give gamers an epic single-player experience. Enter GreedFall from Spiders Studios, an RPG where you’ll get to discover uncharted lands. The game features companions, and each differs in personality and skills. A new GreedFall Companions trailer has been released during Gamescom 2019 that gives us insight on each character and their relationship to the main character.

The companions are part of a bigger faction or guild, and depending on the story and characters, they may be very hostile if the situation arises. Check out the companion trailer below.

In addition to being part of a faction, the companion will also have their own personal drive. You will definitely want to pay attention to them since they may leave you if you are careless. As you help them, your relationship will build, and you can have a stronger friend or a lover… forever.

If you have played games like Mass Effect or Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead, then you should know that people close to you will be judging you. If you side with their enemy, they will take notice. With these types of games, it’s best to try to predict their behavior to see if you can get on their good side.

GreedFall will be released on September 10, 2019, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
