Ad Astra Featurette Celebrates the Moon Landing Golden Anniversary

20th Century Fox has released a brand new Ad Astra featurette to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Moon Landing! The upcoming sci-fi epic stars Brad Pitt as a heroic astronaut. Check out the featurette in the player below!

In the film, Astronaut Roy McBride (Pitt) travels to the outer edges of the solar system to find his missing father and unravel a mystery that threatens the survival of our planet. His journey will uncover secrets that challenge the nature of human existence and our place in the cosmos.

Joining Pitt are Tommy Lee Jones (Captain America: The First Avenger) as his astronaut father, Ruth Negga (Preacher), Liv Tyler (The Leftovers) and Donald Sutherland (The Hunger Games). Pitt also produced the film alongside Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, James Gray, Anthony Katagas, Rodrigo Teixeira, Arnon Milchan

Directed by James Gray from a script by Gray & Ethan Gross, Ad Astra debuts in theaters on September 20 from 20th Century Fox, which has been absorbed into Walt Disney Studios.
