Netflix

Chambers, Series Premiere: This new supernatural horror series explores trauma in a grounded, human story… Before pivoting into something far more strange and f*cked up. From Leah Rachel, the series centers on a young heart attack survivor (Sivan Alyra Rose) who becomes consumed by the mystery surrounding the heart that saved her life. The closer she gets to uncovering the truth, the more she starts taking on the (sinister) characteristics of the deceased. Uma Thurman stars as the mother of the heart donor who forges a hesitant relationship with the girl who received her daughter’s heart. Chambers will launch on Friday, April 26.

YouTube Premium

Cobra Kai, Season 2 Premiere: In the first season, Cobra Kai may have won the battle, but the war has just begun. Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) and Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) pick up where they left off in Season 1 as they train a new generation in the way of karate. But will their past get in the way of what truly matters? All episodes of the Emmy-nominated series are now streaming on YouTube Premium.

HBO

Gentleman Jack, Series Premiere: Set in 1832 Halifax, West Yorkshire amidst the industrial revolution, this HBO/BBC co-produced series follows landowner Anne Lister (Suranne Jones) as she’s determined to transform the fate of her faded ancestral home, Shibden Hall, by reopening the coal mines and marrying well — but has no intention of marrying a man. Based on historical fact, the real-life Annie Lister’s story was recorded in the four million words of her diaries. The series examines Lister’s relationships, including with her would-be wife, and encourages audiences to write their own story. New episodes steam every Monday on HBO.

Hulu

The Son, Season 2 Premiere: In this family, the truth is relative. The second and final season of the drama will continue to tell the story of the McCullough clan across three points of time. Pierce Brosnan stars as Eli McCullough, the patriarch of a Texas ranching and oil family and is based on Philipp Meyer’s New York Times best-selling and Pulitzer Prize novel of the same name. Season 2 of The Son will be available to stream following the premiere on Saturday, April 27.

Epix

Deep State, Season 2 Premiere: In Epix’s Deep State, a former spy is brought back into the field to avenge the death of his son, embarking on one last personal journey. He finds himself amid a covert intelligence war, immersed in a conspiracy to profit from chaos in the Middle East. Starring Walton Goggins, Mark Strong, Joe Dempsie, Karima McAdams, and Lyne Renee, the second season will begin streaming on Sunday, April 28.

Renewals

Warrior, Season 2: Less than a month since the gritty, action-packed crime drama’s debut, Cinemax has officially renewed creator Justin Lin’s martial arts drama for a second season. The series is based on the writings of legendary action star Bruce Lee and is currently airing new episodes of the first season every Friday night.

The Good Fight, Season 4: CBS All Access has renewed their hit legal drama series The Good Fight for a fourth season following the series’ Season 3 premiere last month. All episodes of the first two seasons are already available for streaming exclusively on CBS All Access. New episodes of the third season air every Wednesday.
