Icicle returns in The Flash episode 5.19 promo
The CW has released the first promo for The Flash episode 5.19 titled “Snow Pack,” highlighting the return of Kyle Secor’s Icicle while Iris disagrees with Barry’s decision of sending Nora back to the future. The new episode is scheduled to air on April 23. Check out the video below!
The episode is directed by Jeff Cassidy from a script co-written by Jonathan Butler and Gabriel Garza. Its official synopsis reads:
“ICICLE RETURNS – When Icicle (guest star Kyle Secor) returns to enact the next phase of his devious plan, Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) and her mother, Dr. Carla Tannhauser (guest star Susan Walters), must resolve their long-combative relationship to defeat the icy monster. After Barry (Grant Gustin) makes a big decision about their family without consulting her, Iris (Candice Patton) decides to take matters into her own hands.”

The Flash stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramo, Hartley Sawyer as Ralph Dibny, Jessica Parker Kennedy as Nora West-Allen aka the speedster hero XS, Danielle Nicolet as Cecile Horton with Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells, and Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West. Chris Klein (Election, Oz, American Pie) has joined the cast to play the new scourge of Central City, Cicada. A grizzled, blue-collar everyman whose family has been torn apart by metahumans, Cicada now seeks to exterminate the epidemic — one metahuman at a time.
Based on the characters from DC Comics, The Flash is from by Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Todd Helbing.
