You know it’s serious when Captain America is using a bad language. In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Steve Rogers acted as the foul language police, saying “language” when others said a bad word. Well, Thanos has pissed off the Star-Spangled Hero so much that he is breaking his own rule in Avengers: Endgame. Marvel Studios has released a new clip, which was shown during CinemaCon, that features some of the surviving Avengers members as they talk about how to find and defeat Thanos.
The team discovers that Thanos has been using the stones again, and Bruce Banner and War Machine are cautious about going up against the villain again. Captain Marvel wasn’t there during the events of Avengers: Infinity War, and she comes up with the idea to get the stones to bring the fallen back. Bruce shares his concern that the new plan might end up in another failure, and Carol replies with, “Because before you didn’t have me.”
“Hey, new girl. Everybody in this room is about that superhero life.” James replied. “And if you don’t mind my asking, where the hell have you been all this time.”
The members bicker back and forth until Thor tests her and gives his approval.
Check out the clip below and see Cap say, “Let’s go get this son of a bitch.”
Official Synopsis: The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, “Avengers: Endgame.”
The film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo from the screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely.
Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26, 2019.
