Everyone in the gaming world knows the Razer name. For years they’ve built some of the most premiere gaming machines and accessories that are used by novices and professional esports athletes. But as the world of gaming continues to grow in popularity, Razer works to keep its fans and users fitted with some of the best gaming accessories you can buy. Recently Razer launched the Nari wireless gaming headset family. A line of flagship headsets that’s loaded with Razer’s “Hypersense” technology, advanced haptics that aims to deliver a deep, immersive experience for games, music, and movies.
Hypersense features haptics by Lofelt, a leading tech company based in Germany. Lofelt specializes in creating haptic feedback and is committed to raising the standard in the technology. Their goal is to create intelligent haptic feedback that can match the high-quality video and audio that are being used in today’s numerous devices.
Lofelt CEO Daniel Büttner said this about their relationship with Razer:
“Teaming up with Razer is an incredible opportunity for us to demonstrate the value of the cutting-edge technology we developed. I’m thrilled we are at the forefront of realizing the true potential of advanced haptics and can’t wait for gamers to level up their gameplay with the Razer Nari Ultimate featuring haptics by Lofelt.”
Aside from the new haptic technology, the Nari Ultimate was designed to innovate overall comfort. For that the headset includes an auto-adjusting headband, swiveling ear cups, and cooling gel ear cushions to keep gamers cool for long periods of time. The ear cushions also feature a hidden, indented eyewear channel for a comfortable fit for those that wear eyewear while gaming.
The Nari Ultimate will utilize THX spatial audio, a feature that was introduced in the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. The THX spatial audio will create realistic audio depth and immersion by seamlessly simulating 360-degree sound with pinpoint accuracy which will allow for greater audio awareness during gameplay. The headset will also have a game/chat audio balance and will work in both wired and wireless modes. Which will give additional compatibility across multiple platforms.
The Razer Nari will come in three different models for gamers. The Nari Ultimate will deliver the most immersive audio experience for gamers. The Nari will have the same features as the ultimate but without the Hypersense technology, and the Nari Essential will be suited for wireless gaming with THX spatial audio.
The Nari headsets are available now at Razer.com with the Nari Ultimate priced at $199.99, Nari at $149, and Nari Essential at $99.99
