New Saw Escape Room trailer for the Las Vegas experience
Escape rooms have become very popular in recent years, and now horror fans can live in the terrifying world of Saw with an entire facility of rooms dedicated to giving fans of the franchise a chance to play Jigsaw’s game. Check out the Official Saw Escape Room trailer in the player below!
Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Lionsgate and Egan Escape Productions have teamed up to deliver an official and immersive experience as audiences enter Egan & Co. Meat Packing plant for an afterhours tour, only to discover they’re in one of Jigsaw’s games and must work together to solve the intricate puzzles to escape the disturbing facility. The official website advertises it as one of the largest escape experiences in the world.
The Saw franchise is considered one of the most popular and important horror franchises in the genre, beginning with a 2003 short film to pitch the full-length movie that released in 2004. Thanks to the film’s box office success and cult following, it spawned seven sequels and a mass of other media, including two video games and comics. The most recent entry in the franchise, the 2017 revival Jigsaw, didn’t earn rave reviews from critics but it did earn the highest reviews from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes out of all the films, maintaining a 90% score. The franchise has grossed over $975 million at the box office worldwide.
The Official Saw Escape, located at 2121 Industrial Road in Las Vegas, is only available by appointment and is open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight.
