“Cuz that’s what I’m good at…”
The Ocean franchise has been a pretty longstanding one. Spanning over 50 years, the first film saw the light of day back in 1960. Afterwards, the film was recreated, transforming it into a trendy and hip version, with the likes of George Clooney and Brad Pitt. Now, the franchise is taking another shift in its visage, as the fabulous ladies of Ocean’s 8 have finally been unveiled in the first teaser released earlier this morning!
Directed by Gary Ross, Warner Bros. has taken to Twitter to drop their teaser announcement that the official trailer for Ocean’s 8 is set to debut tomorrow! Check out the teaser below:

How awesome is Sandra Bullock? Seriously, she is probably one of the true greatest female performers of our generation. Plus, she’s playing Debbie Ocean, sister to Daniel Ocean from the films. It doesn’t get much cooler than that.
Although Ocean’s 8 is only technically related to Steven Soderbergh’s Ocean’s trilogy, the film still carries that suave and trendy vibe that is reminiscent to the original. On an interesting yet sad note, it does seem that there’s a scene where Danny Ocean (George Clooney) might be dead? Who knows, but all I can say is that this film looks so great!
Ocean’s 8 stars Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, and Richard Armitage.
