Miitopia and Hey! PIKMIN: free demos & digital deals

The Miitopia and Hey! PIKMIN games officially launch on July 28, which means you've got just enough time to try ‘em before you pre-buy ‘em. Starting today, you can get a sneak peek at both games with a free demo of Hey! PIKMIN and a special Casting Call demo of Miitopia. The Hey! PIKMIN game and demo are both playable in 2D only.

In Miitopia: Casting Call, you can pick some interesting Mii characters, or create your own. Assign each character a role, then cast them in one of three different video trailers for Miitopia. With humor, intrigue, and adventure, the video trailers will keep you wanting more! If you’re itching to get started immediately, head over to Nintendo eShop to download the other free demo for Miitopia. This epic experience lets you play through the full first chapter of the game—and you can play it right now!

Both games are available now for pre-purchase. To help fans start playing as soon as possible, we’re offering a buying option that lets you pre-load the game before it launches. Here’s how it works: If you pre-purchase the game on Nintendo eShop on your Nintendo 3DS, it will pre-load the game. That means you’ll be able to play after a small game update when it’s officially released! Be one of the first in line to play!

If you’re a My Nintendo member, you can earn 40 Gold Points when you buy the digital version of Hey! PIKMIN on Nintendo.com or Nintendo eShop on your system. You can redeem those points for rewards like the Pikmin Short Movies, which give you a hilarious look at the daily lives of Pikmin. Offer ends 8/31/2017. You can learn more at my.nintendo.com
