Paramount picks up 21 Laps’ horror script Infinity Reel
Paramount Pictures has picked up Adam D’Alba’s horror script The Infinity Reel from 21 Laps Entertainment, the production company behind Arrival and Netflix’s Stranger Things. The Hollywood Reporter says Shawn Levy, Dan Levine and Dan Cohen of 21 Laps are producing.
According to the trade, “the story follows a paranormal investigator who’s drawn to a small town that has gone through bizarre phenomena. These instances have an eerie connection with the investigator’s own past.”
The screenplay is based on D’Alba’s pilot at eOne. 21 Laps will produce the film with Bullitt Entertainment’s Benedict Carver.
