Nintendo may be implementing a wave of bans on hacked 3DS owners

If you're playing on a hacked 3DS or using hacked/modded software, you better be careful. There are multiple reports coming in of players in those circumstances being hit with bans when trying to access online content. If you don't want to brick your 3DS, you better stay offline or head back to the more legal side of things!
