Amazon UK cancelling preorders for the Super Mario Bros. Encyclopedia

Looks like there could be some trouble for the Super Mario Bros. Encyclopedia. Amazon UK is yanking preorders with an email stating “Our supplier has informed us that this item is no longer available.” The item isn't available on Amazon.com either, but remains on Amazon Canada, Germany and France.
