After a couple of days teasing fans, Rockstar has finally spilled the beans and confirmed that Red Dead Redemption 2 is happening. Per their Twitter, Facebook and official site, they announced the second (technically third) iteration of the franchise will be coming. This news is probably the biggest of the year so far, as fans have been salivating and foaming at the mouth like rabid dogs (myself included) for a new game.
If you’re wondering when this gem will be releasing, luckily Rockstar didn’t keep us in the dark on it, as they’ve stated it will be out Fall 2017 for both Xbox One and Playstation 4. They even announced that there will be a trailer releasing this Thursday, October 20th at 11am EST. So stay tuned for sure, as we’ll have all the info you need as it gets released.
I’m so stoked for this beyond belief. The original Red Dead was arguably one of the best games to ever release. From the graphics, to the setting and plot, even down to the mechanics and moral choices you make, it was just about the most perfect game you could ever play. Are you excited for a new Red Dead?
