Avengers: Endgame is a huge event movie, and it’s the culmination of 22 Marvel Studios films that started with Iron Man. The film has lots of surprises, and the film’s directors, Anthony & Joe Russo, have pushed for the #DontSpoiltheEndgame campaign. Of course, there have been a few bad apples including a man shouting spoilers at a theater, which ended up with him getting assaulted by upset fans waiting in line. So when can we really start talking about Avengers: Endgame spoilers online? According to the directors, the spoiler ban lifts on Monday, May 6th.
With Anthony and Joe Russo giving fans the blessing to talk about spoilers, you can expect May 6th to be filled with all types of detailed discussions about Avengers: Endgame. This is definitely more of an incentive to watch the film before more spoilers hit online including social media.
Of course, there will be people who will say that two weeks aren’t enough. There could be many reasons for this including being away from a theater for two weeks. Maybe there’s a family emergency that’s preventing someone from seeing the film? With Monday coming, the #DontSpoilTheEndgame campaign will be over.
The Russo brothers revealed the lifting of the ban during Good Morning America.

It should be interesting to see how well people will handle spoilers, especially for those who still haven’t seen the film. I know of a friend who will get mad at friends for spoiling a movie that came out years ago.
