Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin are among the celebrities who have been charged with crimes since the college admissions scandal first came to light on March 12. The scandal, called Operation Varsity Blues by the government, has resulted in at least 50 people being indicted.

Written by Wall Street Journal reporters Melissa Korn and Jen Levitz, the book will be published by Portfolio. Korn has covered higher education stories for the paper since 2011, writing extensively about college admissions, business models for colleges and universities, and campus sexual assault and for-profit colleges. Levitz covers general news, economics, courts, and daily life as a national reporter. She, along with her colleagues, was a 2015 Pulitzer finalist for the public-service award after revealing the cancer-spreading risk of a common medical procedure.
