It’s time to get excited about the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 game. The latest fighting game in the franchise follows the heroes from Earthrealm as they deal with a new threat that can manipulate time. Mortal Kombat fans are in for a treat since the official launch trailer has been released, and it contains the ultimate hype song, “Techno Syndrome,” aka the Mortal Kombat theme song, from The Immortals. This version is a remix from DJs Dimitri Vegas and 2WEI. Test your might!
In the launch trailer, we get a glimpse of the story where the past and future collide, Sub-Zero and Scorpion working together, young and old Johnny Cage partnering up, and Raiden’s army getting ready to attack their enemies. In the mix of things is gameplay footage featuring Cassie Cage, Kano, Baraka, Jade, Kabal, Sonya Blade, Kotal Kahn, Jacqui Briggs, Johnny Cage, and Scorpion.
There’s more to take in including Cyrax and the cyborgs confronting Sub-Zero and Scorpion, Noob Saibot introducing himself to his little brother, and Sub-Zero sliding around like Iceman and The Incredible’s Frozone.
The growing roster includes Scorpion, Raiden, Sub-Zero, Sonya Blade, Skarlet, Baraka, Geras, Kano, D’Vorah, Kabal, Jade, Johnny Cage, Cassie Cage, Erron Black, Jacqui Briggs, Kotal Kahn, Noob Saibot, Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Jax Briggs, Cetrion, The Kollector, Kitana and Shao Kahn.
