When it comes to playing superheroes, we know that many actors have trained hard to look like they’re capable of superhuman feats. Brie Larson has been training hard for her role as Carol Danvers in Marvel Studios upcoming film, Captain Marvel. The actress has shared via her Instagram account a video of her pushing a jeep that’s almost 5,000 pounds for 60 seconds.

The video shows her pushing the jeep as she’s breathing in and out. Extra weight has been added thanks to a full tank of gas and a driver inside steering for safety. She is also seen wearing the Captain Marvel version of the Nike Metcon cross-training shoes.

You have to admire the dedication it takes to take on these roles.

In addition, there’s a new Captain Marvel featurette with short interviews from Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson and co-director Anna Boden. Larson discusses the wealth of material she has to work with, Boden talks about Larson’s strength that comes with human emotions and depths to the character, and Jackson praises Larson’s understanding of the characters. In addition, there is some footage
