Spidey takes on Vulture in the second ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ trailer

Spider-Man: Homecoming - Poster #3

Tom Holland swings into action in the new trailer.

With three posters being released over the weekend, it was only a matter of time before a brand-new Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer would be released. Well, here it is. During Sony’s CinemaCon presentation last night, Tom Rothman unveiled to the audience the second trailer for Homecoming. Now, Sony has released online for you all to see. Check it out!

As you can see there is a lot of action scenes involving Spider-Man and Vulture in this new trailer. With Marvel Studios’ track record for villains, we hope that isn’t the case with Spider-Man: Homecoming. Spider-Man is one of the few Marvel heroes with a villains gallery as eclectic as Batman’s. Hopefully, Vulture can become a continued part of the MCU (ex: not die) and be a part of a potential Sinister Six storyline in the future. That’s my hope, anyways.

What did you think of the trailer? Sound off with your thoughts in the comments section below!

Spider-Man: Homecoming stars Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Robert Downey Jr., and Marisa Tomei. The film also stars Zendaya, Laura Harrier, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Bokeem Woodbine, and Michael Chernus.

Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, young Peter Parker (Tom Holland) returns home to live with his Aunt May. Under the watchful eye of mentor Tony Stark, Parker starts to embrace his newfound identity as Spider-Man. He also tries to return to his normal daily routine — distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just a friendly neighborhood superhero. Peter must soon put his powers to the test when the evil Vulture emerges to threaten everything that he holds dear.

Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theaters on July 7th.
