Seems like Windows has gotten rid of their classic BSOD error screen. For those that don’t know, BSOD (aka Blue Screen of Death) is an error screen that is shown when the Windows computer has a fatal system error or a system crash. But it seems like Windows is looking for greener pastures for their new fatal error screen.
A Sr. Program Manager for Windows tweeted out a peculiar tweet and twitter user Chris123NT did some investigation and found the new color. So a new screen of death has been introduced, the GSOD (aka Green Screen of Death). Hopefully, we won’t see this screen pop up as much.
@mahoekst so on a hunch I tried to force a bug check and well, yeah… http://pic.twitter.com/iKeDPT5wu6
