Announced earlier this year, CineConcerts has teamed up with Warner Bros. to bring you Harry Potter In Concert. Each of the 8 movies will be turned into a live experience where you can relive the magic of Harry Potter. You’ll watch one of your favorite Harry Potter movies but with a unique twist that has you experiencing the score with a live symphony orchestra performing as the movie is playing. It sounds to be quite the experience being able to feel the music as it happens.
From CineConcert President and Producer/Conductor Justin Freer:
The Harry Potter film concert series is one of those once-in-a-lifetime cultural phenomena that continues to delight millions of fans around the world. It is with great pleasure that we introduce for the first time ever an opportunity to experience the award-winning music scores played live by a symphony orchestra, all while the beloved film is simultaneously projected onto the big screen. It will be an unforgettable event.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone In Concert is making it’s way around the US, Europe, and South America throughout 2016 and early 2017. One of the many stops is at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa November 11-13. Tickets for the Harry Potter Film Concert Series start at $49 and are available online at SCFTA.org, by calling (714) 556-2787 and at the Box Office at 600 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa.
