Despite the success of the Monster Hunter franchise in Japan, Monster Hunter Stories never quite caught on. That goes for both the game and anime. Capcom has confirmed that the Monster Hunter Stories: Ride On anime series will be ending with its 75th episode. The upcoming Layton Mystery Agency ~Katrielle’s Mystery Files~ anime series is taking its place starting April 8th, 2018.
