Culdcept Revolt - Nintendo issues notice for glitch

- glitch that impacts the Escape and Form Portal cards on the Side Trip and Pandemonium
- when activated at a specific spot on the map, the two cards either do not activate or teleport you to the wrong place
- Nintendo will not release a patch to fix that issue
- in the future, they will make it so the Side Trip and Pandemonium maps are not playable online
