Choose your path in Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds launch trailer
Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division have released the official launch trailer for The Outer Worlds, an upcoming single-player sci-fi RPG. You can check out the launch trailer now in the player below!
The Outer Worlds will be available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC (via the Microsoft Windows Store, the Epic Games store, or through Xbox Game Pass) on Friday, October 25. The video game will also release on the Nintendo Switch, though no release date has been announced yet. Ahead of the game’s release, Obsidian will be hosting a Twitch Plays. Lost in transit while on a colonist ship bound for the furthest edge of the galaxy, you awake decades later than you expected only to find yourself in the midst of a deep conspiracy threatening to destroy the Halcyon colony.
As you explore the furthest reaches of space and encounter a host of factions all vying for power, who you decide to become will determine the fate of everyone in Halcyon. In the corporate equation for the colony, you are the unplanned variable.
