Jasper Polish prepares to take on Mel Gibson’s Force of Nature
According to Deadline, Jasper Polish is the latest to join the Mel Gibson action pic Force of Nature. The actress will work alongside her father Michael Polish, who is directing the film. Emile Hirsch and Kate Bosworth also star.

Force of Nature focuses on Gibson’s retired detective who must protect the residents of a building being overrun by criminals in the middle of a hurricane. Zayas’ John the Baptist is part of the crew undertaking the heist and is described by the report as “a ruthless, cold guy who’ll stop at nothing to get what he wants, even if it means sacrificing people on his team.”
Polish is currently directing the film in Puerto Rico. The script was written by Cory Miller. Randall Emmett and George Furla will produce alongside Luillo Ruiz and executive producers Tim Sullivan and Alex Eckert. Production is set to commence July 19 in Puerto Rico.

Jasper Polish can next be seen in the Lifetime film The NXIVM Cult: A Mother’s Nightmare, but has also appeared in The Astronaut Farmer and90 Minutes in Heaven, both of which were also directed by her father.
