Amazon Prime Video

The Boys, Series Premiere: The highly-anticipated series adaptation finally arrives on Amazon Prime this week. The series, created by Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, and Evan Goldberg, is an irreverent take on what happens when superheroes, who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians, and as revered as gods, abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. It’s the powerless against the super powerful as The Boys embark on a heroic quest to explore the truth about the supergroup known as “The Seven.” The series will kick off on Friday, July 26.

Hulu

Light as a Feather, Season 2 Premiere: In Season 2 of the supernatural thriller series adapted from the story by Zoe Aarsen, McKenna finds herself fighting against a ticking clock compelling her to play along after inheriting the curse brought on by the lethal game of “Light as a Feather.” The second season will premiere on Friday, July 26.

Epix

Pennyworth, Series Premiere: The Batman prequel follows Alfred Pennyworth, a former British SAS soldier in his 20s, who forms a security company and goes to work with a young billionaire Thomas Wayne, who’s not yet Bruce’s father. The 10-episode, one-hour drama is based on DC characters created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger, and will begin streaming on Sunday, July 28.

Doom Patrol, Season 2: DC Universe’s series will return for a second season and is set to return in 2020. NOS4A2, Season 2: Ahead of the series’ Season 1 finale this Sunday, AMC announced that the horror show has been renewed for a 10-episode second season! Based on the Joe Hill novel of the same name, the series made its Comic-Con debut in San Diego this year with stars Zachary Quinto and Ashley Cummings, alongside showrunner and executive producer Jami O’Brien and EP Joe Hill. The first season is available to stream for free on AMC and on Amazon Prime.

Young Justice: Outsiders, Season 4: It was confirmed at this year’s Comic-Con that the fan-favorite animated series has been renewed, with a fourth installment already in production for DC Universe.
