Heighten up your senses this weekend and prepare to immerse yourself into a 360 dome experience. For only one weekend and one weekend only in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, RYOT and META will be presenting Hyperspective. You may be familiar with this style of work already if you attended the igloo at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, but for a cityscape like Downtown Los Angeles, this is an escape from reality. Come with all the stresses on your shoulders, because you will lose yourself and your responsibilities.
Hyperspective is an immersive film festival experience. There will be 12+ immersive films from award winning filmmakers on display for this free event. Sink back into one of the many beanbags in the circular theatre and stare straight up into the endless clouds and space. You will be treated to visuals and soundtracks from the likes of ODESZA and Robot Koch.
If you are lucky enough to hold a reservation to this already fully committed event, you will be treated to an up to 3 three hour time slot. With our previous experience though, we just know that crowds will move in and out fairly quickly during the experience so fear not, for despite being fully committed for the weekend run, waiting standby will surely get you through. This weekend event is held at the Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Definitely check out this free event.
