Tyler Hoechlin joins cast of romcom film Can You Keep A Secret?
Deadline reports that Teen Wolf star Tyler Hoechlin (Supergirl, Fifty Shades Freed) has been joined the cast of the film adaptation of Sophie Kinsella’s bestselling book Can You Keep a Secret? starring Alexandra Daddario (Baywatch, San Andreas, Percy Jackson).

Can You Keep a Secret? is a romantic comedy that follows the story of Emma Corrigan (Daddario), a girl with a few secrets. On a turbulent plane ride, thinking she’s about to die, Emma spills them all to the handsome stranger sitting next to her. At least, she thought he was a stranger. But then Jack Harper, her company’s young and elusive CEO, arrives at the office. It’s him. And he knows every single humiliating detail about Emma.
Elise Duran (Finding Sarah, LA Shrinks) will direct from the adapted screenplay by Peter Hutchings (The Outcasts, The Last Keepers). Claude Dal Farra, Brice Dal Farra, and Brian Keady will produce for BCDF Pictures. Charles Miller will executive produce alongside Daddario. Embankment films is selling international territories.
Kinsella is best known for her Shopaholic book series and Can You Keep a Secret? has sold over four million copies. Her work was previously adapted in 2009 with Confessions of a Shopaholic, starring Krysten Ritter (Marvel’s Jessica Jones), Isla Fisher, and Hugh Dancy.
Hoechlin will next be seen alongside Julianne Hough and Kevin Durand in George Gallo’s biographical film Bigger as Joe Weider, a co-pioneer of American fitness who discovered Arnold Schwarzenegger.
