Rotten Tomatoes Your Opinion Sucks Live! is one of the most fun and awesome public events during San Diego Comic-Con. It’s a live-streamed event where audiences can engage with hosts Mark Ellis and Grae Drake along with some of Rotten Tomatoes’ best critics from all over. Fans can debate, vote, and voice their opinions on some of our favorite popular media. There were even some awesome prizes like gift cards and shirts provided by both Rotten Tomatoes and Fandango.
Some topics included:
- Would Baby Driver be better as a music video?
- Is Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom the best Jurassic Park movie?
- Is The Dark Knight Rises Christopher Nolan’s worst movie?
Critics Hal Rudnick, Jacqueline Coley, and Scott Mantz dove into these debates with audience members to see whose opinion really does suck. With surprise video appearances from Jamie Lee Curtis and M. Night Shyamalan and a live appearance with the cast of ‘Black Lightning’, the audience got to help the superhero family win a game of Slide into Our TMs.
If you weren’t able to catch the live show this year, you should definitely attempt to make it as it’s filmed near the San Diego Convention Center and will be one of the best SDCC experiences you can have.
