Supergirl Must Prepare For the Dark Kryptonians in New Promo
The CW has released a promo for next week’s exciting new episode of Supergirl. Last night was an emotional ride and it looks like next week is not going to be any different. Believing that Reign is dead, Supergirl must come to terms that this fact may not be true, plus it looks like National City may be the launching ground for an all-out attack on Earth from the Dark Kryptonians. Episode 22 of the season is titled “Make It Reign” and is officially described as follows: “SUPERGIRL PREPARES FOR BATTLE – Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) learns the true depth of Serena’s (guest star Anjali Jay) nefarious plans for Earth. Supergirl, Mon-El (Chris Wood) and Alura (guest star Erica Durance) must devise a plan to stop her before Serena gets to Earth. J’onn (David Harewood) prepares to say goodbye to his father (guest star Carl Lumby).”
“Make It Reign” has been directed by Armen V. Kevorkian and written by Ray Utarnachitt & Cindy Lichtman. The episode is set to air on Monday, June 11.
Supergirl stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers/Supergirl, Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow ‘Winn’ Schott, Chris Wood as Mon-El, Katie McGrath as Lena Luthor, Odette Annable as Sam/Reign, and David Harewood as Hank Henshaw/J’onn J’onnz.
Based on the DC characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, the series is executive produced by Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Robert Rovner and Jessica Queller. Supergirl is produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
