The homie Adlib from the Baxwar movement just posted an update late last night. His mother’s cancer has returned, is spreading, and is already at stage 4. They luckily caught it and can hopefully treat it, but are in need of some assistance for her treatment. He’s also wanting to help make one of her life-long dreams come true. It has been a tough year for my Mom.
In November, her husband of 40 years past away in their home, to make things harder we were also given the heartbreaking news that her Breast Cancer had returned and had spread into her Lung.
Although she had her Brest removed in 2015 the cancer has returned and advanced to stage 4. The medication that she must take comes with some pretty nasty side effects, we would like to try some natural alternative treatments to help ease her pain.
I have started this GoFundme for 2 reasons.
First, recently the medical marijuana program has started in Pennsylvania, unfortunately insurance does not cover treatment or medication and it can be pricey. For example just the DR visit is 200 dollars alone.
We would like to get her set up with her medical card and be able to get her started with medication.
The second reason is we want to help make my Moms dream of visiting Graceland come true. She has been a Elvis fan since she was young and even saw him in concert 2 times. Since I was young she has talked about going to Graceland and it would mean the world if we can make that happen for her.
