- special event that will be taking place across all Pokemon Center locations in Japan from February 24, 2018 to February 25
- in the first stage, young Pokemon TCG players will compete against Team Rainbow Rocket grunts in a Pokemon TCG battle
- participants will receive an original Team Rainbow Rocket certificate with their photo on it
- participants who have won once will receive a lottery ticket
- after the tournament has concluded, up to 10 lucky winners will be picked from the lottery
- they will receive a chance to take a photo with one of the Team Rainbow Rocket bosses
