StarFox 2 to become the 19th million-selling, Nintendo-published game for the SNES

Star Fox 2 will be the 19th title published by Nintendo to sell 1 million units on the SNES, a full 27 years after the system originally launched.

Back when selling 1 million was a huge achievement.

Sure, it may not have released until many, MANY years after the SNES ended its run, but it still counts! StarFox 2, so long as the SNES Classic Edition sells a million units, will be the 19th title Nintendo released for the SNES to break a million units sold. Sadly, I think it's been quite some time since the StarFox franchise saw such lofty sales.
