Rick and Morty is a popular animated series that has its fair share of food spotlights. The third season premiere featured the limited Mulan’s Szechuan sauce at McDonald’s. The popular fast-food chain made the sauce available once again on October 7th. Sadly, it was in super limited supply. In other Rick and Morty food news, Good Mythical Morning’s Rhett and Link decided to try out some food featured on the show in real life; for example, Eyehole Cereal & Strawberry Smiggles. Let’s just say that the food isn’t as appetizing as the show makes them out to be. (These include intestine, fish eyeballs and pureed pork brains.)
Watching the food on Rick and Morty didn’t look appetizing, so it would be obvious that eating them in real life wouldn’t be as well. It’s a good thing Rhett and Link are willing to do this so that many of us won’t have to. I mean, intestines? Count me out.
Rick and Morty synopsis: The series follows the misadventures of cynical mad scientist Rick Sanchez and his fretful, easily influenced grandson Morty Smith, who split their time between domestic life and interdimensional adventures.
Good Mythical Morning is a YouTube family-friendly morning talk show created by Rhett McLaughlin and Charles Lincoln (Link) Neal contains loads of laughter and insanity, known for this quote: “We do this, so you don’t have to.”
