The Ubisoft Club rewards players for their engagement within the games. It is free and rewards its members just for playing Ubisoft games however they have acquired them: purchase, second hand, and console services.
I didn't even know what Ubisoft Club was, but now I'm much more informed! This is the first Ubisoft game on Switch to offer support for the service, and I'm sure more are to come. Thanks to AwesomePlatterFan for the heads up!
