First off, I’m VERY sorry that we missed an episode last week and that we’re a few days late this week. Life isn’t easy when you have to review and preview games we’re not allowed to talk about. Anywho, we’re back now and that’s all that matters, right?
Beginning this episode, the Game & Talk crew catches up on the things they missed these past two weeks starting with the Nindies Direct that aired forever ago. It featured titles such as Steamworld Dig 2, Yono and the Celestial Elephants, and the big one, No More Heroes: Travis Strikes Again!
Chris and I also had the chance to play Metroid: Samus Returns coming tomorrow on the Nintendo 3DS. Samus Aran is back so we go over our brief impressions of the game. Expect a review here on Nerd Reactor in the near future!
The spicy topic of the week though is South Park: The Fractured But Whole‘s difficulty scaling is quite South Park to say the least. Let’s just say, the harder the difficulty, the darker your character’s skin color. Quite appropriate for the satirical themes South Park presents.
We also talk briefly about the rumors of a Nintendo Direct airing this Wed-…. What? It already aired? Good thing we didn’t talk about our predictions for hours, right?
SoundCloud link is below and we’re also available on iTunes and Google Play. Careful though, there is some foul language in the midst.
