NBA 2K18 is going to feature All-Time Teams for all 30 NBA franchises. These teams will include the best players in each team's history. Teams can be edited via Roster Creator and can also be used to start a 30-team All-Time MyLEAGUE. 2K didn't release a list of the players for the All-Time Teams feature yet, but that info should be coming shortly.
