Has your Switch been taking screen captures without you actually hitting the button? Go check your screen capture library and see what's hiding in there. Multiple users have stated that their Switch units are taking screenshots without any input from the user. Most say this started happening after Minecraft was installed, but there are others who don't have the game and are still seeing the issue. As of right now, there's no explanation for what's going on.
