First, it was The LEGO Movie and then it became The LEGO Batman Movie. Now, the trailer for the latest LEGO spinoff film is finally here and The LEGO NINJAGO Movie is just as funny as you expect it to be. Right off the bat, the trailer reveals that the main protagonist and antagonist are father and son. No, this isn’t Star Wars, but since this is a LEGO movie, it wouldn’t surprise me if characters from Star Wars happen to show up in the movie. Check it out!
As you can expect, the trailer for The LEGO NINJAGO Movie has the same type of humor as the other two LEGO movies. I don’t know about you but that is a great thing and I’m extremely excited to see what the next LEGO spinoff movie has in store for us.

The LEGO NINJAGO Movie stars Jackie Chan (Kung Fu Panda) stars as Master Wu, Justin Theroux (HBO’s “The Leftovers”) as Garmadon, Dave Franco (Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising) as Lloyd, Fred Armisen (IFC’s “Portlandia”) as Cole, Abbi Jacobson (Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising) as Nya, Kumail Nanjiani (HBO’s “Silicon Valley”) as Jay, Michael Peña (Ant-Man) as Kai, Zach Woods (HBO’s “Silicon Valley”) as Zane, and Olivia Munn (“X-Men: Apocalypse”) is Lloyd’s mom, Koko.
In this big-screen NINJAGO adventure, the battle for NINJAGO City calls to action young Master Builder Lloyd, aka the Green Ninja, along with his friends, who are all secret ninja warriors. Led by Master Wu, as wise-cracking as he is wise, they must defeat evil warlord Garmadon, The Worst Guy Ever, who also happens to be Lloyd’s dad. Pitting mech against mech and father against son, the epic showdown will test this fierce but undisciplined team of modern-day ninjas who must learn to check their egos and pull together to unleash their inner power of Spinjitzu.
The LEGO NINJAGO Movie hits theaters on September 22nd.
