Nintendo recently updated the Poké Bank application to be compatible with Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon.
Now you will be able to deposit and withdraw Pokémon from Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, transfer Pokémon directly from Pokémon Black and Pokémon White, Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 and even Pokémon from your digital copies of Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow.
To transfer your Pokémon from Red, Blue and Yellow, you will need to download the companion app Poké Transporter, which will let you transfer Boxes of Pokémon rather than one at a time.
The Poké Bank app require a subscription fee of $5 a year. Subscribers will also receive a special Z-Crystal, Mewnium Z, that only Mew can use in battle.
It’s worth noting that certain hacked Pokémon have not been transferring or if they do, they are removed. You may want to be careful either way, The Pokémon Company has also banned almost 6.000 players from going online due to them having “save altering data.” This means having anyone having a Pokémon with any altered stats may get you in banned, possibly even if it’s a trade you received via the Global Trade System (GTS).
