Saban has been doing a great job of getting people excited over the Power Rangers movie… and it has been doing an excellent job of making fans scratch their heads. Case in point: the new look for Alpha 5.
A new toy commercial has been released by Saban and features the first look at Goldar, Rita Repulsa’s right-hand monster. Check out the original below from the TV series.

The film is directed by Dean Israelite and stars Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa, Bryan Cranston as Zordon, Naomi Scott as Kimberly, Dacre Montgomery as Jason, Becky G. as Trini, Ludi Lin as Zack, RJ Cyler as Billy and Bill Hader as the voice of Alpha 5.
Power Rangers hits theaters on March 24, 2017.
