Every year in Fukuoka, a fall festival is held and this year the city has decided to make a straw Godzilla. The beastly creation is around 22 feet tall and 32 feet long, and it comes equipped with LEDs on its fins, eyes, and tail. Of course, this isn’t the first nor last Godzilla statue to be erected in Japan.
Over 150 volunteers were needed to get this straw Godzilla up, and it took nearly four months of work to make it in time for the festival. So if you’re in Japan go and check out this monster.
